The Beginning:

The legend starts with Gymir and Njoth the Wealthy of Noatum. Gymir had a daughter named Gerth. Njoth the Wealthy of Noatum had a son named Yngvi Frey. Yngvi Frey and Gerth had a son named Fjolnir, who had a son named Sveigthir, who had a son named Vanlandi. Vanlandi and his wife, Drifta, had a son King Visbur. King Visbur had a son King Domaldi. King Domaldi had a son King Domar. King Domar married Drott, the daughter of King Damp. King Domar and Drott had a son, King Dyggvi, who had a son King Dag, who had a son King Agni, who had a son King Alrek, who married Dageith, daughter of King Dag the Powerful. King Alrek and Dageith had a son King Yngvi, who had a son King Jorund who had a son King Aun the Old, who had a son King Egil, who had a son King Ottar, who had a son King Athils who married Yrsa, daughter of King Helgi and Queen Alof. King Athils and Yrsa had a son King Eystein, who had a son Yngar, who had a son Onund, who had a son King Injald, who married Gauthild, daughter of King Algaut and Alof. King Algaut was the son of King Gautrek the Generous, the son of Gaut. Alof was the daughter of Olaf the Kenneyed, the King of Naeriki. King Injald and Gauthild had a son Olaf Tretelgia the Woodcutter who married Solveig, daughter of Halfdan Goldtooth of Soleyar, son of Solvi Solvarsson, son of Solvi the Old. Olaf Tretelgia the Woodcutter died around 640. Before that he and Solveig had a son Halfdan Whitelegs who married Asa, daughter of Eystein the Hardruler, King of the Upplands. Halfdan Whitelegs and Asa had a son King Eystein who married Hild, daughter of King Eirik, son of Agnar, King of Westfold, son of King Sigtyrr of Vendil. King Eystein and Hild had a son Halfdan the Generous and the Sting of the Food who married Hlif, daughter of King Dag of Westfold. Halfdan and Hlif had a son Guthrod the Generous, who had a son King Halfdan, the Black who married Ragnhild, daughter of Harald Goldenbeard. King Halfdan and Ragnhild had a son King Harald Fairhair, who had a son Sigurth Hrisi by Snoefrith, daughter of Svasi. Sigurth Hrisi had a son Halfdan, who had a son Sigurth Syr, King of Hringarki, who had a son King Harald Sigurtharson, the Hardruler, the half brother of St. Olaf. King Harald Sigurtharson had a son King Olaf, the Peaceful Haraldson, who had a son King Magnus Barelegs Olafsson, who married Qeen Margret, the daughter of King Ingi, the King of Sweden. Joseph and Jeanette had a daughter Jonetta Theresa Waage, who married David Eugene Negstad, son of Albert L. Negstad and Edith Lydia Bergh. The Journey:

I was born on a hot July day back in 1968. My parents are David and Jonetta Negstad. My grandparents are Albert and Edith Negstad and Joseph and Jeanette Waage. I grew up in the communities of Arlington and Sinai (sign-ee-i), South Dakota. I attended school in Arlington and church in Sinai. I graduated from Arlington in 1986, second in my class. After graduating from High School. I attended Hawkeye Institute of Technology in Waterloo, Iowa where I majored in photography. I graduated from HIT in 1988, at which time I moved to Minneapolis. With the exception of a brief stint in Atlantic, Iowa, I spent the next two years in the Twin Cities. In 1990, I returned to South Dakota and enrolled at Dakota State University where I majored in Information Systems and Business Administration. I graduated from DSU in 1994 and moved to the Twin Cities. I have been there ever since.
